Mary Ann’s Gift

Karen Watson
Mary Ann Dyer Goodnight embraced life on the Texas plains with her husband Charles Goodnight. This story explores this intrepid pioneer woman’s conservation efforts to save the Southern Plains bison herd. Her commitment left Texans a living legacy.

Some of Karen Watson’s most special early memories were the stories that her grandmother told about pioneer days. She enjoys exploring the special places that preserve our history and sharing stories that connect us to our roots.

Michael Brundy is a storyteller who informs, inspires and entertains with real life personal stories.

bernadette nasonBernadette Nason
After four months of unfamiliar life in Libya, Bernadette takes a vacation in Malta, an island jewel in the Mediterranean between North Africa and Italy. Apart from relaxing with friends and sipping cocktails, she has only one appointment: the beauty salon. Desperate for pampering, she can hardly wait! She soon learns that leg waxing is done differently in Europe.

Storyteller/actress/writer, Bernadette Nason is a Texas Commission on the Arts' touring artist, and winner of the Austin Critics Table Award for Conspicuous Versatility. Her memoir, Tea in Tripoli, about her fifteen months of living dangerously in Libya, is available at Amazon. or
